Franchise Athletic, a Grand Rapids, Michigan-based company, has partnered with Drive Hockey Analytics® to offer professional-grade tracking and analytics for all hockey levels. The system uses tracking anchors placed on the glass around the ice surface to read and record player movement, position, and performance data. Players simply wear small sensors on their shoulder pads.
After the game, practice, or tryout, players, parents, and coaches access the data through a web portal.
